    • Provide your order details, receipt, and reason for the return.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Mode of Refund

    • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
    • If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a bank transfer or store credit.
  3. Partial Refunds

Exchanges

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellations
